Lifetime usage, where offered, is conditional upon maintaining trading activity under an approved affiliate broker, and if any affiliate partnership ends, changes, or becomes unavailable, the seller reserves the right to designate an alternative broker or modify, restrict, suspend, or revoke lifetime conditions). If you are trading with a broker not under our approved affiliate network, you can still enjoy lifetime access to BuySellPowerEA by paying a monthly fee that covers the equivalent of our affiliate requirements, at an agreed amount). This ensures you can continue using the EA while supporting future updates, ongoing maintenance, and enhancements that maximize your user experience and access to support). EA usage is strictly limited to personal use only, and commercial resale, signal services, copy trading, account management, or any third-party or client trading use is prohibited). License activation may require verification details including, but not limited to, trading account number, broker name, server name, and trading platform). One license is valid only for a limited number of terminals, installations, or environments as determined by the seller and is account-bound, limited to a single live trading account unless otherwise stated in writing). Licenses may not be transferred, shared, sold, or reassigned, and reinstallation, operating system changes, VPS migration, or environment resets may require license reactivation). Any unauthorized activation attempts, license sharing, manipulation, reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to bypass security or licensing systems will result in immediate and permanent license termination without notice). The seller reserves the right to monitor license usage strictly for license validation, abuse prevention, security enforcement, and compliance with these Terms, limited to technical and license-related data only). Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, upgrades, server outages, security patches, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances, and uninterrupted or continuous access to the EA or licensing systems is not guaranteed). The seller shall not be liable for losses resulting from communication failures, internet outages, hardware or software malfunctions, or platform disruptions). The EA may not be compatible with all symbols, instruments, timeframes, brokers, account types, or execution models, and broker conditions such as spreads, commissions, leverage, swaps, slippage, FIFO rules, hedging restrictions, and liquidity may significantly affect performance). Differences in price feeds, execution speed, data sources, or broker infrastructure can lead to varying trading results, and compatibility following changes by platforms, brokers, or third-party providers is not guaranteed). Users are solely responsible for stable internet connectivity, VPS reliability and uptime, power supply and platform availability, proper installation and configuration, and adequate account balance, margin, lot sizing, drawdown control, and risk management settings). The EA may automatically open, modify, manage, or close trades without manual confirmation). Manual intervention or simultaneous use of other EAs, scripts, or indicators may cause conflicts and negatively affect performance). The EA is a trading tool only and does not replace personal market knowledge, experience, or judgment). Use during high-impact news events is entirely at the user’s own risk). Past performance, backtests, forward tests, examples, demonstrations, comments, testimonials, or screenshots do not guarantee future results). Market gaps, abnormal volatility, low liquidity, or unexpected events may negatively impact performance). All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of the seller, and users may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, rent, publish, share, or reverse engineer any part of the EA, including source code, compiled files, algorithms, strategies, indicators, branding, or documentation). License keys, credentials, and authentication details must be kept confidential, and the seller is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised credentials or user negligence). The seller may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, threatening behavior, or security breaches, and any payment dispute or chargeback initiated after license issuance shall be treated as a material breach and may result in immediate license termination without refund). The EA is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses, consequential or incidental damages, or loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities). Use of the EA is entirely at the user’s own risk, and users agree to indemnify and hold the seller harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from EA usage, violation of these Terms, or misuse). The seller shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, wars, internet outages, platform suspensions, or market closures). Users may not publicly claim, imply, or guarantee profits using the EA, nor misrepresent performance results in a misleading or deceptive manner). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of the EA complies with local laws, broker rules, and regulatory requirements applicable to their jurisdiction or trading account). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws principles). Any disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration in Limassol, Cyprus, before a single arbitrator, or in the courts of the Republic of Cyprus). If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect). Use of the EA constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of all Terms stated herein). Users are strictly prohibited from sharing, reselling, or distributing the EA, license key, or access to any third party, including friends, family, or online groups). Operating the EA on multiple accounts or VPS farms beyond the licensed terminals without explicit written authorization is prohibited). Using the EA to provide signal services, copy trading, account management, or commercial trading services is prohibited). Attempting to scrape, extract, duplicate, or replicate EA functionality, logic, or strategy for commercial or private purposes is prohibited). Making misleading claims or marketing materials regarding profits, performance, or EA behavior is prohibited). Using the EA in any manner that violates broker rules, platform terms, or local regulations is prohibited). Tampering with, reverse engineering, or circumventing any license, authentication, or security mechanism built into the EA is prohibited). Violation of any of these protections may result in immediate suspension, termination, and permanent blacklisting of the user, without refund, and may trigger legal action under applicable law).
